Welcome to Sahoo AC Service. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Terms
- All AC repair and servicing work is carried out after on-site inspection by our technician.
- Inspection/visiting charges (₹350) are non-refundable once the technician visits.
- Final service cost depends on the condition of the AC, nature of the problem, and spare parts required.
- Prices mentioned on the website are starting prices and may vary.
Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use genuine and quality spare parts whenever replacement is required.
- Warranty, if provided, applies only to the replaced spare part and not to the complete appliance.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, voltage issues, or normal wear and tear.
Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment at booking and 50% after service completion.
- We accept Cash, UPI, and other digital payment modes.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers should inform at least 2 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract a visiting charge.
Liability
- Sahoo AC Service is not responsible for pre-existing faults or damages due to old or poor appliance condition.
- We are not liable for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances.
